Leadership

As we move through our day we have a task to perform. It may be a job, a responsibility or a project for a friend. As we complete our task; alone or in a group, the opportunity to lead may present itself. Leadership is not being in charge. Leadership is not watching a task being completed. Leadership is setting an example to those assisting and observing from afar. Leadership is placing the needs of the task above your own. A leader is constantly looking for ways to assist those performing the task; while engaged in it themselves. We have all heard that the leader eats last. This is because as a leader they are ensuring the safety and comfort of the people they lead. A Marine LT Colonel is in a lot of trouble for exposing the failure of his leaders. As a Commander he placed his Marines well being above his own. This has caused him some difficulties that he may not overcome. This is the cost of leadership. The leader is willing and capable of excepting the consequences of protecting those they lead. Leadership is a difficult task and demands the respect of those leaders above you. When asked to lead remember that leadership is about identifying the strengths, weaknesses and placing those under your charge above yourself.

We Hold These Truths

The truth in the time of lies is the enemy. We must all strive to find and reinforce the truth. As we decline into a state of constant disinformation through our media and censorship we must all stand for truth! Truth, Justice and the American Way!!

Reading is fundamental!

Most people only read the headline and only watch the highlights. If we really want to know the answers we must read the whole story. If the whole story is a relentless single point of view look for other sources! Read the article or book and then read the references that were used to write it! Read all the books and listen to all the music!!

Sunday

As Sunday is a day of rest for most Christians we will take a break. As we remind everyone to take a step away from the endless stream of repeated propaganda spewed by talking heads on both sides of the spectrum. Reflect on your religion and family and seek refuge in whatever brings you peace! Enjoy a day of rest and enjoy life! Freedom is a gift and we must enjoy it while we can!

Screw Your Freedom!

Was listening to a talk radio show as I was traveling today. A very large former governor of Commiefornia stated that the cdc requirements superseded the freedom of Americans. Free speech allows him to say that. Screw your Freedom! Fortunately no person has the authority to take away our freedom. The whole reason for this insane drive to conformity is to draw out those who will not relinquish the free will that created the American! Free independent thought is what kept this Country together. Rugged individualism and the need to protect that, have defended our Republic from all enemies. I recently read an article comparing the identification and isolation of non protected status groups to Germany in 1938. Why nothing compares to the end result of the Nazi solution. One should pay attention to the outcome! First they came for the unvaccinated!
